Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bedrock, an internal time-tracking application provided by Luke 6:48 LLC ("we," "us," "our") to its employees and contractors. By logging into Bedrock you agree to these Terms.

Who may use Bedrock

Bedrock is for active Luke 6:48 LLC personnel only. Access is granted by a Luke 6:48 admin during onboarding. The application is not available to the general public.

Your account

• You will receive a 4-digit PIN at onboarding. Keep it private — do not share it with anyone.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect your PIN has been seen by someone else, ask a Luke 6:48 admin to reset it.
• Logging hours that you did not work, or otherwise misrepresenting your time, is grounds for disciplinary action up to and including termination.

SMS reminder program

If you give SMS consent during onboarding, you agree to the following:

• Message purpose: Bedrock will send you reminders to log your daily hours and to lock your weekly timesheet before payroll. These are transactional messages only. No marketing, no promotions, no third-party content.
• Message frequency: approximately 3 to 5 messages per work week.
• Carrier charges: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Luke 6:48 LLC does not reimburse carrier charges.
• Opting out: reply STOP to any reminder to immediately stop receiving SMS messages from Bedrock. Opting out of SMS does not affect your access to the application itself.
• Help: reply HELP to any reminder for assistance, or contact a Luke 6:48 admin.
• Supported carriers: all major U.S. carriers. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your carrier's network or your device.

What we provide

We provide Bedrock as a tool for tracking your work hours. We try to keep the application available and accurate, but we provide it on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for missed reminders, network outages, or data losses caused by third-party providers (Supabase, Vercel, Twilio, your carrier).

What you may not do

• Use Bedrock for any purpose other than tracking your work hours for Luke 6:48 LLC.
• Attempt to access another user's account, logs, or pay information.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, automation safeguards, or rate limits.
• Use the application to harass, defame, or send unsolicited messages to anyone.

Termination

Luke 6:48 LLC may archive or revoke your Bedrock account at any time, including when you stop working with us. You may request account archival at any time by contacting a Luke 6:48 admin. Archived accounts cannot log in but retain time records as required by employment law.

Privacy

Use of Bedrock is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we handle it.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Bedrock after a material change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Bedrock will be resolved in the courts of Virginia.

These Terms are written in plain English. They are intended to set clear expectations between Luke 6:48 LLC and Bedrock users; they are not a substitute for the employment or contractor agreement you signed with Luke 6:48 LLC.
